The oven brigadier is a simple and quick recipe, the issue is only in the greater amount of ingredients needed. But if you have kids at home and need to save time, this is the best recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 sifted yolks;
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 1 measure of the milk can (use the condensed milk can to measure);
- 1 tablespoon (soup) margarine;
- 1 tablespoon corn starch;
- 10 tablespoons of chocolate powder;
- Granulated chocolate (to taste)
Method of preparation
The first step to making your delicious brigadeiro is to mix the egg yolks, condensed milk, can of milk, margarine, cornstarch and chocolate powder and put everything in the blender.
Then pass the ingredients to a medium platter, greased with butter or margarine. Let it cook in a medium oven, preheated to 200ºC until the brigadeiro acquires a creamy consistency. Finally, remove from the oven and let it cool. When cooling, decorate with sprinkles and serve to taste.

- 1 liter of milk;
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 1 little box of cream milk;

Leave for 2 hours and soon after, remove, add the cream of milk. Finally, take it back to the freezer, leave until you gain the desired consistency and serve.
