Benefits
Lemon is a source of vitamin C: a great ally to keep your health up to date, as it strengthens the human body's immune system and thus prevents flu, colds and possible infections.
It also helps in the digestion of food, especially fats, as it stimulates the production of bile and digestive enzymes that will mediate their processing. So it's great to consume lemon after lunch.
Another important point is that vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and still acts in a preventive way to the formation of fat plaques. Thus, lemon decreases premature aging and cell damage and still protects the body from developing any cardiovascular problems.
the mousse
For this recipe you will only need three very common ingredients at home:
- 1 cream of milk;
- 395g of condensed milk;
- 127 ml of lemon juice.
Lemon juice is made only with the squeezed fruit without adding water or sugar and, if you have interest in innovating in taste, it is interesting to mix the juice of two lemons: Tahiti with Sicilian, for example.
To make it is very simple: put the condensed milk and cream in a blender and start beating. When the mixture is homogeneous, you can gradually add the lemon juice.
After putting all the juice beat for about 3 minutes, then pour the mixture into a dish of your choice and take it to the fridge. The right point to eat is when the mousse is creamy.
