'Little Nugget' is born in McDonald's bathroom; check out the story

Some events can mark a day at work, especially when it is something totally unexpected. In this story, the curious fact was a delivery performed in the bathroom of a McDonald's franchise by three employees. On a break on the way to the hospital, the child's mother ended up going into labor at McDonald's. Read on to learn more about the event.

Japanese company imposes time restriction and reaps benefits

Even if situations don't go as planned, everything can go well.

A woman named Alandria Worthy felt contractions at home on a Wednesday morning around 3am. However, she avoided the immediate trip to the hospital. Early in the morning, at 7:30 am, her contractions became stronger and more frequent.

Approximately 45 minutes from the hospital, her fiancé stopped at the McDonalds to use the bathroom. It was then that Worthy went into labor, and three employees of the fast-food chain helped her.

O baby she was named by her parents as Nandi Ariyah Moremi Phillips. Fortunately, the child was born healthy, and even received the nickname 'Little Nugget'

Her mother reported in an interview that, after her water broke, everything happened quickly. The establishment manager thought there was a customer playing and went to check when she came across the scene.

While one of the employees, Kaigler, was calling 911 (emergency), Blue-Murray was helping the customer. Manager Phillips described the whole event as a "frantic" situation. She reported that at the time she tried to calm Worthy down.

Thus, these three employees were able to accompany the birth of the child. They were holding his hand, and his feet were propped up on Phillips' knees.

Franchise owner Akinboro was overjoyed at the news and presented his employees with $250 gift cards to help with their Thanksgiving dinner celebrations.

In an interview, he said that in addition to the food service, his employees also offer moments of well-being to customers.
