How to request a 2nd copy of the Oi account?

There are two ways to request the 2nd copy of the Oi account:

Request a duplicate of the Oi account via the internet:

1. Log in to Minha Conta Oi with your CPF or e-mail and password;
2. Already on the entry page, choose the product on the left side whose you want to issue the 2nd copy. If it is the billing of the band, you should look in the fixed account option.
3. In the Quick Access tab”, just click on the “2nd Copy of Account” option;
4. This command will present information about your last account in PDF format with consumption history, value, maturity, call details, information about your cable TV and other information that varies according to your product;
5. If you want to see an older account, just click on “Latest Accounts” also available in the “Quick Access” area. This option provides the last 13 bills launched with the due date, amount, payment status and the option of Detailed Account or PDF of the 2nd copy.

Request a 2nd copy of the Oi account through the application:

1. In the app, click on the option “Post, Combo, TV, Internet and Fixed”;
2. Provide your email or CPF and password to enter;
3. The “My Products” page will open. On Android phones, click on the menu located at the top left. On iphone, the menu is in the lower corner.;
4. On the next screen, select the “Accounts” option to access the last 13 accounts for all your products and their respective status. Choose and click on the account you want to issue the 2nd copy;
5. Click on “Detailed Account in PDF” to present your account in a printable PDF. If you want to pay at the same time, just copy or send the Barcode of the account.
