Until when will PIS/PASEP 2022 be available for withdrawal
It will be possible to withdraw the benefit until December 29, 2022, which will be the penultimate working day of the year. Therefore, if you have not yet received the amount, there is still plenty of time to redeem the allowance. This deadline is valid for workers in the private sector and public servants.
Ways to withdraw the allowance
You can withdraw cash in person at Banco do Brasil (BB) and Caixa branches, 24-hour banks, lottery shops and Caixa Aqui correspondents. In addition, it is possible to make the withdrawal via cell phone or computer through BB or Caixa internet banking.
Documents required to withdraw the PIS/PASEP
To withdraw the allowance, you must present an identification document with a photo, social card or account card in which the allowance was deposited and CPF.
It is still possible to withdraw the PIS/PASEP for 2020 and 2019
Both the 2019 and 2020 PIS/PASEP are still available for withdrawal. Thus, it is possible to make a triple withdrawal this year. To find out if you are entitled to benefit, check if you meet the requirements below.
- Enrolled in PIS/PASEP programs for at least five years;
- Worked with a formal contract for at least 30 consecutive days or not in the base year (2019 or 2020);
- Received up to two minimum wages;
- It has labor data informed and duly updated in the Annual Social Information List (Rais).
How to withdraw PIS from a deceased worker?
The legal beneficiaries of the deceased worker must attend one of the Caixa branches with some documents, namely:
- Personal identification document;
- death certificate; certificate or declaration of dependents entitled to a death pension or certificate issued by the employer (for civil servants);
- court order informing the successor and his identity;
- formal sharing/public writing of an inventory and sharing.
