Who is entitled to the PIS/PASEP 2022 double withdrawal?
Surely you already know that the PIS/PASEP wage bonus is paid annually to the worker. To receive the benefit, the citizen must have worked for at least 30 days in the previous year, have a formal contract and earn up to two minimum wages.
PIS is paid by Caixa Econômica Federal to employees of private institutions. PASEP is paid by Banco do Brasil for civil servants.
This year's second withdrawal refers to the PIS/PASEP Fund, which only happens once in a lifetime. Therefore, only those who receive this benefit are workers with a formal contract between the years 1971 to October 1988.
However, if these citizens have already died, their heirs can withdraw the money. In this case, just contact the financial institution responsible for the payment, assessing whether the bonus belongs to PIS or PASEP.
PIS 2022 calendar
The released schedule is based on the month of birth of the worker. Although the payment start dates are different, everyone can withdraw the benefit until 12/29/2022. Check the dates:
- Born in January: beginning on 02/08/2022;
- Born in February: beginning on 02/10/2022;
- Born in March: beginning on 02/15/2022;
- Born in April: beginning on 02/17/2022;
- Born in May: beginning on 02/22/2022;
- Born in June: beginning on 02/24/2022;
- Born in July: beginning on 03/15/2022;
- Born in August: beginning on 03/17/2022;
- Born in September: beginning on 03/22/2022;
- Born in October: beginning on 03/24/2022;
- Born in November: beginning on 03/29/2022;
- Born in December: beginning on 03/31/2022.
PASEP 2022 Calendar
Finally, similarly to the PIS, employees who are part of the PASEP have access to the benefit until 12/29/2022. However, the withdrawal start dates are different and according to the end of each worker's registration, namely:
- End of enrollment 0 and 1: beginning on 02/15/2022;
- End of enrollment 2 and 3: beginning on 02/17/2022;
- End of registration 4: beginning on 02/22/2022;
- End of registration 5: start on 02/24/2022;
- End of registration 6: start on 03/15/2022;
- End of enrollment 7: start on 03/17/2022;
- End of enrollment 8: start on 03/22/2022;
- End of registration 9: start on 03/24/2022.
