How to make pineapple pudding with syrup?
This recipe is considered easy and has an average preparation time of 55 minutes. In addition, it can yield up to 8 servings. Check the necessary elements for its execution:
Ingredients
- 5 eggs;
- 1 can of condensed milk from the brand of your choice;
- 1 can of liquid milk (use condensed milk packaging);
- 1 can of pineapple in syrup (use condensed milk packaging)
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch;
- Sugar to caramelize.
Method of preparation
To prepare your delicious recipe for pineapple pudding in syrup, start by preheating the oven to 180º. Meanwhile, cut the pineapple into slices and then grind. Then, with the help of a casserole dish, mix all the ingredients and beat well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
To finish, pour the dough into a pudding mold, previously “greased” with caramelized sugar. After this process, take it to the oven for approximately 50 minutes in a bain-marie (place the mold in a container with water).
After the cooking time has passed, let your pudding cool in the tin. As soon as it is cold, unmold the dessert and place it in a refractory. If you prefer, cut the pineapple into cubes and place on top of the finished dish.
It is worth noting that it is extremely important to let the pudding cool down completely before unmoulding it so that it does not run the risk of falling apart.
