  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese without lactose.

Preparation

1. The preparation of this recipe is very simple. First, put the milk and oil to boil.
2. Then, put the tapioca flour in a bowl and add the oil with the milk. Mix well and let it cool.
3. Now, beat the eggs and add them to the mixture, also adding the cheese, salt and sweet sprinkles.
4. Then grease your hands with coconut oil and knead the dough.
5. Finally, place in a previously greased mold and place in the oven (180º) and bake for 45 minutes.
