Who can receive assistance?
First of all, to receive the Brazil Aid, the citizen must live in a condition of poverty, with family income between BRL 105 and BRL 210 per person, with at least one person under 21 years of age or a pregnant woman in the center familiar. In addition, individuals in extreme poverty, with an income of up to R$ 105 per person, are also entitled to the benefit.
Therefore, the individual microentrepreneur can also receive the Brazil Aid, but will need to prove that the company does not guarantee the necessary income to support his family. Most of the time, this happens because many of these MEIs may still have their CNPJ active, but without actually exercising some kind of entrepreneurship.
