A young law student named Madeleine Jaye, residing in the city of Sheffield, England, she had an extremely unpleasant surprise when she went on vacation with the boyfriend she met on the dating app meetings Tinder.
Madeleine, who is 22 years old, told in a series of videos for TikTok, that she met a boy who calls Jason (not to reveal his real identity) and that everything seemed to be “too good to be true".

The young woman reports that the two got along very well and even made plans for the future, communicating first through the exchange of messages and later in face-to-face meetings.
When they managed to establish a good rapport, Madeleine and Jason decided to take a romantic trip to Spain, just three months after they met.
However, upon returning to England, the couple of lovebirds came across a pregnant woman accompanied by her parents at the airport. The pregnant woman claimed to be Jason's girlfriend and claimed to be expecting his child.
According to Madeleine Jaye, the girl's parents were filming everything and shouting a lot at Jason, who was stunned by the situation.
Still according to the student, the pregnant woman revealed that the man was lying about his age (he was 37 and not 32, as he said) and even his real name.
The pregnant woman also stated that Jason cheated on her frequently and had a predilection for younger women. To complete the “soap opera” scene, it was revealed that “Jason” had another son, who, of course, Madeleine had no idea existed.
a real trauma
As it could not be otherwise, Madeleine Jaye demonstrated that she was traumatized by this whole situation. The young woman stated that she had never made appointments through Tinder and that, after that situation, she never used the app again.
“I had never been on a Tinder date before in my life so I was scared. On our first date, we met at 3pm. I had no intention of staying long,” she said.
Madeleine also explained that a big part of her frustration was that everything seemed to be true and real, despite it happening so quickly.
“We were talking about the future. We literally agree on everything: when we want kids, what we want our lives to look like, what we want our future to look like,” she said.
“It sounded too good to be true, and that's because it was. It was a “whirlwind romance”. The whole thing happened so fast. It didn't make sense that something was wrong,” she lamented.
The university student even described what she felt when she found Jason's supposed girlfriend accompanied by her parents, still at the airport, when she returned from Spain with the liar.
“I was literally shocked, I got a full body shock. I've never felt anything like it. I wasn't expecting it at all," he revealed.
The fake even tried, but failed to deceive her again
Madeleine Jaye revealed that even after everything that happened, Jason tried to look for her to try to explain himself.
“After lying to me, he said that his girlfriend has mental problems and that she trapped him with a child. Then, he started trying to emotionally blackmail me by saying that I should understand the emotional stress he was going through,” she reported.
The future Bachelor of Law also said that she felt very bad about the situation, even though she had nothing to do with it. To soften it, she tried to talk to the imposter's girlfriend.
“I felt horrible because I felt like a bad person, even though I had nothing to do with it. I would never date someone who has a family. I never wanted to be involved in any of this, and I made that clear to his girlfriend,” she stated.
Finally, Madeleine says that she no longer trusts men like she used to and advises young people to trust their instincts before entering a relationship.
“I feel like I don't trust any man anymore. Now, going into a new relationship, I feel like I'm not going to trust as much as I did when I first met [Jason]. If it's too good to be true, it probably will be. And always trust your gut.”, he advised.
