Moonlighting, or “light of the moon”, in other words, is a situation in which a worker is employed by two or more companies. However, it is a situation considered clandestine, since for these activities it is mandatory to register with Social Security. As previously mentioned, it is something that many workers have as a solution to get more money or increase it. Most of the time, there is precariousness in these types of jobs.
