When buying iPhone on Amazon, customer receives Three Little Pigs puzzles

Online retail shopping has become a quick and convenient way to save money without even leaving your home. However, this feature still has some shortcomings, such as exchanging products at the time of shipment. This happened twice in Recife in just one week, the most recent time a customer bought an iPhone and received a puzzle.

Journalist Eduardo Sena shared on his social networks details of his bad shopping experience at the Amazon online retail store.

In this case, he says he bought an iPhone for his father that was on sale for “Consumer Week”. At the time, the store presented the smartphone with an original price of R$ 3,221, but on sale for R$ 2,899.

With these conditions in mind, Eduardo's father decided to make the purchase and asked his son to help him carry out the process. So, Eduardo requested the product and issued a bill that his father paid right away.

He even says that his father asked him if the process was in fact safe, which he assured that it was.

However, there was a surprise when realizing that the product packaging did not contain an iPhone, but a “Three Little Pigs” puzzle.

Eduardo says that initially he thought it was a tactic to deter theft, but when he finished opening the package, he realized that only the game was there.

What to do in such a situation?

After the outburst on social networks, Eduardo contacted the Amazon website who regretted what happened. In addition, the retailer asked him to take pictures of the package and write a handwritten letter describing what happened.

This is the basic procedure for opening the reversal process or ordering a new device.

Finally, it is worth mentioning that this is the second time in a week that a resident of Recife has the same problem of exchanging products with a purchase on Amazon.

On the last 18th, the biomedical Lucas Portela also bought an iPhone through the website, but received a package with a perfume for babies at home.
