Non-alcoholic strawberry drink recipe
Ingredients
As we mentioned, this recipe is originally alcohol-free. However, if you are looking for some adult fun, you can add plain gin or vodka to complete the recipe. In that case, you should only use what is needed to fill a glass and stir a lot before serving, right? But if you want to follow the traditional route, these are the ingredients:
- 250 g of strawberry;
- Juice of three strained lemons;
- 1 cup (tea) sugar;
- 1 orange juice;
- Lemon and mint slices for decoration;
- Ice to taste.
Method of preparation
Take the strawberries to the blender and beat without water until a homogeneous paste is formed. Then put this content in a pan and add the sugar, and then start cooking the mixture. Therefore, you should turn it off when the strawberry with sugar reaches the point of syrup. Finish this first part by putting this jam in the fridge for two hours after it cools down.
Meanwhile, mix lemon juice with orange juice in a large pitcher. Remembering that both need to be frozen to intensify the flavor. Finally, fill a third of a glass with strawberry jam and ice, and top up with citrus juice and gin or vodka, if you like. Finally, to make your drink more sophisticated, use mint sprigs and lemon slices to decorate. It will definitely be delicious and you will want to make it more often.
