Project carried out by the National Confederation of Trade in Goods, Services and Tourism (CNC) analyzed the 140 professions that are most relevant in the current scenario of the country, and concluded the following:
The 140 professions can be represented by a percentage of 72% of the population belonging to the labor market. According to the analysis, the professional categories that ended up being most affected by inflation were cleaners, with a percentage of 16%, and bus drivers, with 3.9%.
In view of this, “inflation generates a corrosive process in our wages. We cannot only assess how much maturities have grown, but also how much they have risen taking into account inflation. For you to have a real increase in income, the salary needs to break the inflation barrier. In practice, currently, we can say that only one in every ten professions in Brazil manages to overcome inflation”, said the coordinator of the study, economist Fábio Bentes.
However, during the period considered, only physicians and technology managed to receive a salary above inflation.
Thus, with regard to workers in the health area, there was an increase of 16% in income, at the same time as in the wage of employees in the Information Systems sector, only 4%. Finally, according to the analysis carried out, only one managed to achieve an excellent result, the clinical physician, with an increase of 16%.
