Learn to make butter at home
Homemade products gave way to today's conveniences as part of the industrialization process. However, this is a consequence of the misinformation of many people who do not know that it is possible to produce these foods without having to leave their homes, as in the case of butter.
In addition, in this specific case, for the production of the natural butter recipe, only two ingredients are needed. Thus, it is worth checking out how to produce homemade butter and investing in reducing the consumption of saturated fats and the high sodium content of this industrialized product.
Ingredients:
To start producing your own butter, you will only need two ingredients, namely:
- 2 teaspoons of salt, to taste;
- 500 ml of cream milk;
- seasonings to taste (optional).
Method of preparation:
The first step is to put the cream in the blender, or in the mixer, and beat this ingredient for about 10 minutes, until it has the consistency of butter. It is worth mentioning that, if you are making the recipe using the blender, you will need to stop a few times to stir the device, in order not to end up damaging the product.
After 5 minutes, you can add salt and spices if you wish. Thus, in the end, the mixture should be equal to butter. Note that there is a whey left over, which can be discarded or reused in other recipes, such as in the production of some sweets.
For your homemade butter to be even tastier and more consistent, you should put it in a container that has a good seal and let it rest for a few hours before starting to consume it.
