With a duration of 12 months (one year), the program, known as Lidera+ Varejo, will bring together practical and theoretical concepts in its didactics. In this sense, subjects such as management and leadership will be placed on agendas explaining the development process of the institution's projects. In addition, the job openings are strictly face-to-face, which means that the professional contemplated, will have to go to the workstation.
Requirements
It is essential that the candidate has completed higher education, experience in the commercial sector and CPA 10 certification. Even having a postgraduate degree will be a differential evaluated in the selection.
Furthermore, regarding the CPA 10 certification, despite being a mandatory item, entry into the program without the document is allowed. However, if it is not presented within 90 days, the professional's permanence in Lidera+ Varejo will be compromised.
