Who gets Pele's fortune?

Brazilian law says that the inheritance must be passed on to the widowed spouse and children. If there are no dependents, the assets remain with the parents.

Therefore, if Pelé has not made a will, his six living children will inherit part of an estate valued at US$ 15 million, according to a survey carried out by the magazine. forbes in 2014.

According to the Law, Sandra Machado's grandchildren are also entitled to part of the inheritance. A priori, the money would go to the daughter, but, as she is already deceased, it will go to her dependents.

Another part goes to the manager and wife of the King of Football, Márcia Aoki. She and the athlete had been married since 2016.
