It's been circulating on social media video which records a confusion between a food app delivery man and a resident of the south zone of Rio de Janeiro. The reason for the whole fight is very simple: the woman said she would not provide the purchase code, so the delivery man asked her to return the product. See details.

Alert: THIS poisonous plant landed a young man in the hospital
The incident took place on Sunday night, the 26th, around 9:30 pm, in a building on Rua Conde de Bernadotte, in the Leblon district. According to the delivery guy, Breno Caetano, he was waiting for the customer, she arrived and didn't say anything, just took the bag, opened the product and didn't inform the code. It was then that he asked for the number.
According to him, the woman was quite upset.
“She left upset, towards the elevator, saying that she would not give me any code and that I was obliged to go up and hand it to her”, said Breno Caetano, 18, in an interview with UOL.
The young man had gone on a bicycle to make the delivery. As he tried to take the bag from Ana Fefer, 40, she refused to give him the purchase code; a standard delivery company procedure. Then she ordered the delivery guy out of "her elevator" and yelled for building security.
“You don't have to go upstairs, and I don't have to give you any codes. Ready! Simple as that,” says the woman in the video.
In the midst of all the confusion, a condominium employee appears. The two involved ask him to call the police. Then the woman takes the product, enters the elevator and even sends a kiss to the delivery guy.
report of complaint
According to the Civil Police, a complaint against the delivery man, made virtually on the afternoon of Monday, 27, was registered by the woman. In the statement, Ana says that she refused to give the code and said that she would only give it to his supervisor. She claims to have had her private property invaded and was slandered, as the order was paid for by the app.
The delivery man is a resident of Santa Marta, a community in the south of Rio. He has been working with deliveries for a year and dreams of studying nutrition or physical education. iFood spoke about the case and said that the code must be passed by customers to the delivery person at the time of delivery of the order.
After all, it is the way to register that the purchase was actually delivered.
