Mason became known on the Chinese social network for posting videos of the fun day-to-day life he takes with his daughters, Berkely, five years old, and Hadley, just two years old.
Berkely had her dream come true
Seeing his eldest daughter's discontent, Mason decided he would dye Berkely's hair himself, documenting it all in a video that already has nearly 3 million likes.
In the video, Smith appears applying a technique called balayage to the little girl's hair. The influencer daddy even explains, in the caption of the video, how he quickly learned the technique.
“All you need is hair dye, a brush, aluminum foil and some clips,” wrote “Social Dad” in a text written in the video itself. “Just apply the dye to the ends of the hair, thinner on top and thicker on the bottom,” he concluded.
Towards the end of the video, Mason demonstrates how to complete the hair dye application and is proud of the result. “I think it turned out very well, what do you think?”, he asks.
Finally, little Berkely demonstrates all her satisfaction with her new look, in an emotional scene next to her father.
