Although the launches of the new versions of the operating systems are only foreseen for August, it is known that some popular products, including the Galaxy S20 and Z Flip, will be left out of this update.

The information brought by SamMobile is based on update rules demarcated by Samsung itself in February 2021.

Under the new rules, mobile devices released before 2021 will only be entitled to three updates, while newer devices after 2021 will be able to be updated four times.

It is estimated that in 2023 the company will start releasing Android 14 and One UI 6.0 for devices able to receive the new interfaces.
