The player can choose to control Hank, Bobby, Sheila, Presto, Diana or Eric. Each one has an ability according to the plot of the original story.
The game was built keeping the 2D fighting game style of the 90's. It's a great opportunity to catch up on nostalgia and also use the style's great gameplay. The production is very reminiscent of classics like Knights of the Round and Golden Ax.
In addition to the main characters of the series, there are still other options. In bonus stages, it is possible to play with Sir John and Uni. Some secret characters were included in the lineup. Among them are: Bruenor, Stronheart and Warduke. It is possible to choose the multiplayer mode, however, there is no online interaction.
Enemies are the same as the group of friends facing in the drawing. There are several monsters faithfully drawn. It's a great pastime and can appeal to older audiences as well as young gamers.
RPG-inspired design and games
The original name of the series is Dungeons & Dragons. It was inspired by the tabletop RPG game that bears the same name and has the acronym D&D. In addition to the game, there are a series of books that tell the story of the world created for RPG players.
The entire story is based on a fantasy medieval setting. Dragons, trolls, orcs and lots of magic can be seen in the series theme. All of it was also included in the game developed by Zvitor.
In Brazil, the animation was very famous in the 90s, after being shown on TV Globo.
The D&D RPG has already inspired many game creators and even has two games of the same name. Capcom is one of the companies that developed the arcade version. Both games are currently available in the Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara collection.
