- 1 vegetable broth cube;
- 1/3 cup (tea) + 1 tablespoon (soup) of water;
- 1 spoon (tea) of cornstarch;

Method of preparation:
- First of all, the first step is to season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Then, in a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Also, brown the salmon for 4 minutes on each side. This step is important in order to keep the salmon moist.
- Then transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- So, then sauté the onion for 3 minutes in the frying pan and pour in the dissolved lemon juice and vegetable broth.
- Cook for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of boiled and mashed potatoes;

- 1 tablespoon (soup) oil;
- 1 sliced onion;
- 1/2 chopped green pepper;
- 2 diced seedless tomatoes;
- 8 sausages in slices;
- 2 tablespoons of tomato extract;
- 1/2 cup (tea) water.
Method of preparation:
- First, put the sauce in a pan and heat the oil.
- Fry the onion until golden over medium heat.
- Together with the peppers and tomatoes, sauté for 3 minutes.
- The sausage is added together with the tomato paste, the water and it is ready to cook for 5 minutes.
- Then remove from heat and set aside.
- For the puree, separate into another pan and place the potato and margarine and lead to medium heat.
