  • 1 sliced ​​onion;
  • 1/2 chopped green pepper;
  • 2 diced seedless tomatoes;
  • 8 sausages in slices;
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato extract;
  • 1/2 cup (tea) water.

Method of preparation:

  1. First, put the sauce in a pan and heat the oil.
  2. Fry the onion until golden over medium heat.
  3. Together with the peppers and tomatoes, sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. The sausage is added together with the tomato paste, the water and it is ready to cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Then remove from heat and set aside.
  6. For the puree, separate into another pan and place the potato and margarine and lead to medium heat.
  7. Attention! Stir constantly until heated through.
  8. Soon after, add the milk and season with salt and nutmeg.
