potato chips recipe

This is a simple recipe and very practical to make. Its preparation time takes 25 to 30 minutes and yields enough for an appetizer for two people.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of potato peel;
  • Salt and pepper to taste;
  • sweet paprika to taste;
  • oil.

Method of preparation

To begin with, it's important that the potatoes are properly sanitized. Also, for them to be crispy, the shells need to be dry.

Peel the potatoes using a peeler or knife, and reserve the pulp to use them for other purposes. Then transfer the peels to a container, add salt, pepper, paprika and mix everything so that all the peels are seasoned.

Pour them into an oiled baking dish. Take them to bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Finally, serve with your favorite sauce.
