Breaded Chicken in the Airfryer
To make the breaded chicken you will need:
- 1 kilo of chicken fillet;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- Kingdom pepper to taste;
- 1 minced garlic cloves;
- 1/4 cup of water;
- 1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour;
- 2 eggs;
- Salt to taste;
- Kingdom pepper to taste;
- 1 cup wheat flour;
- 1 cup of panko flour.
First season the chicken fillets with garlic, salt and black pepper. Then mix the wheat flour, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl to coat the chicken.
Separate two other containers, one with wheat flour and the other with panko flour. Pass each fillet in the three containers, in that order, place them in the deep fryer with a little oil and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Finally, just arrange in a bowl and serve!
