Why are avocados good for the heart?

This is possible because avocado has antioxidant vitamins such as A, C and E. Because of this, it also helps a lot in preventing other diseases, such as cancerous tumors and even spills. To access these benefits, you only need to eat two servings of avocado per week, which is roughly equivalent to a ½ cup serving of the fruit.

In that way, Mexicans must have the best heart on the planet, right? It's actually not like that. According to the author of the study, Lorena Pacheco, even though this food is very important for a healthy and balanced diet, you need to be very careful with the doses, so as not to be an exaggeration. After all, avocado has a lot of fat in its nutritional table.

It should even be noted that many people consume it with sugar and condensed milk, which may not be so healthy. In the end, it is still an excellent option to replace saturated fats, but without dispensing with moderate consumption.

Also, it's important to understand that fruit alone doesn't work miracles. Therefore, adopting healthy habits, such as having a balanced diet, reducing alcohol consumption and performing physical activities during the week is essential to also fight diseases cardiovascular.
