- 500 grams pinto or pinto beans
- 1 can of milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can of cream
- 1 package unflavored gelatin
- 400 grams of sugar
Way of doing:
- Cook the beans and then strain to remove the water;
- Then beat the strained beans in the blender with the milk;
- Pour into a pan and lead to fire with the sugar until it thickens slightly;
- Add the condensed milk and then the already dissolved gelatin.
- Mix well, turn off the heat and pour in the cream, continue to mix.
