- avocado smoothie – For this smoothie, you will need 1 ripe avocado, 3 heaping tablespoons of sweetened yogurt, then blend until you get a creamy texture.
- Banana smoothie – You will need 1 ripe banana, 1 cup of natural yogurt, then just hit the blender and drink.
- Strawberry Juice with Chestnuts – For this juice, you will use some strawberries, 150 ml of coconut water and some chestnuts, then just add everything to the blender and blend.
- Beetroot and Apple Juice – You will need a small piece of ginger, 1 apple, 1 beetroot, 100 ml of water and no kind of sweetener. Then just beat everything and drink.
- Strawberry smoothie with banana – This one is easy, for this vitamin, you will only need some strawberries, banana and water or coconut water and, if you want, you can sweeten it with a little honey. Then just beat everything and drink ice cream.
