The study that talks about the importance of 1-minute exercises was developed by researchers from University College London (UCL). And according to such scholars, performing only three sets of one minute reduces the risk of early death by 39%.

Many people of countless ages do not practice physical activities regularly or lightly, much less in a more intense and regular way.

Practicing just three sets of 1-minute exercises already reduces your risk of early death by 39% and improves your quality of life. But does increasing these series bring an even greater benefit? Well, doing 11 sets lowers your risk of early death by up to 49%. Therefore, the more exercises you do, the better it will be for your quality of life.

It seems little, just three series of one minute, doesn't it? Well, these three sets of one minute reduce the risk of cardiovascular death by 49% and by about 30% the risk of some type of cancer.
