My INSS is a more practical way to access appointments, benefits and other services offered by the INSS. It arose precisely to promote greater ease for the citizen.

You can access the internet from any cell phone or computer. It has an application to facilitate transactions and make everything more practical, since scheduling an appointment at an agency costs many months to wait.

To gain access, simply access gov.br/meuinss or install the application on your cell phone and have access to more than 90 services provided by the INSS. It's a super practical path that allows you to check several benefits.

How to access benefits

The main benefits offered by the INSS are maternity pay, death pension, sick pay, accident allowance, imprisonment allowance, old-age retirement, Continuous Provision Benefit (BPC) and pensions. To access them is very simple.

On the computer, just access the Meu INSS website, log in, if you don't have a record, just register. Then click on “My Benefits” and that's it, all available benefits will be on your screen.

In the App it is even simpler. Download the app, create an account, if you have a registration just login. Some of the benefits provided will already be available on the home screen. Check which are the benefits that fit you. Finally, if you receive any, just consult the payment statement and check the available amounts.
