Pix changes
The customer of the account will be able to choose and adjust the maximum amounts that can be transferred per day. During the day, the choice will be from 6 am to 8 pm; at night, from 8 pm to 6 am.

For the night period, the transfer will no longer be rigid, as instructed by the Central Bank: “participants may, at their discretion, criterion, offer functionality so that the end user can request that the night period includes the period between 22:00 and 00:00 6 hours". Before, the night period started from 20:00.

The changes tend to improve instant transfer, but caution is still needed when using the tool. Marcelo Godke, a lawyer specializing in capital markets and banking law, warned users about the changes and stressed that it is necessary to be careful to avoid greater risks.
