Banana Tea: The Secret to a Deep Night's Sleep

In the busy day-to-day life, there will not always be time to make dishes with long processes. However, this in no way can stop you from eating well! After all, you can always make one of the practical dishes that we put below:

quick grilled salmon

To make this recipe, you will need:

  • 1 salmon fillet post;
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs;
  • 1 tbsp olive oil;
  • Salt, pepper and lemon to taste.

To prepare, place the salmon in a bowl of water and squeeze half a lemon into the water. After five minutes, remove the fish, rinse it under running water and dry it with a paper towel.
Then rub a mixture of salt, pepper and olive oil on both sides of the fish. Finally, coat the fish with breadcrumbs and place the salmon on a preheated grill or griddle. Now let it brown on both sides and serve.

quick mashed potatoes

In this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes;
  • ½ box of cream milk;
  • 1 spoon of butter;
  • 175 ml of milk;
  • Salt to taste.

In the preparation, start with cooking the potatoes until they are soft, but firm. Then, remove them from the water and squeeze them with a juicer or fork. Soon after, take a pan and melt the butter in the fire and then add the mashed potatoes, the cream and the milk. So just mix until the dough is homogeneous and add salt to taste.

stuffed crepioca

In this recipe, you will need:

  • 2 spoons of tapioca gum;
  • 2 eggs;
  • Salt and pepper to taste;
  • Stuffing of your choice (shredded chicken, cheese, tuna and others).

When preparing, break the two eggs into a round bowl and, with the help of a fork, beat them until well blended. Next, add the tapioca and also the salt and beat again until it becomes a homogeneous mass.

So, heat a frying pan non-stick over high heat and pour the mixture into it. With the help of a spatula, turn the crepioca when the top side is practically dry. So, lower the temperature, let it brown on the other side while you put the stuffing. Finally, close your crepioca and it will be ready to serve!
