End of Uber Rewards in Brazil

After accumulating them, these points could be exchanged for discounts on the platform itself, as well as on associated company systems, such as Stream platforms and other services.

Before the closure of the program activities, Uber warned its users to withdraw their accumulated points before October 31st. Despite the discontinuity of the program having happened here, this decision to withdraw from the program was not just for Brazil. According to the company's official statement, this decision was made at a global level and had already been applied in other countries, such as the United States, where the benefits program was replaced by Uber One.

Other features that Uber users can enjoy

Currently, Brazil still does not have any benefits program that can replace the functionalities of Uber Rewards. However, its users can count on one of the most famous systems on the platform, Uber Pass, which gives the customer some offers on rides and some deliveries for R$ 24.99.

The urban transport services company also thanked all users who enjoy the Uber Rewards program and announced some changes to Uber X VIP.

As of the end of the activities of the benefits program, some changes were made to the criteria for using Uber X VIP, where users, whether they are drivers or passengers, receive the benefit according to their evaluation of the last 30 days. This process allows users to be more efficiently selected for benefit.
