The INSS is alerting its policyholders that, during the application of the scam, criminals can appear quite convincing from the moment they present the insured person's personal information so that he believes in the reason for contact. However, the INSS also reported that it does not make contact over the phone to carry out the proof of life and also does not send links to carry out facial biometrics.
