The ingredients for the cornmeal bread in a blender are almost the same as the traditional Portuguese cornbread recipe.   • 1 cup (250 ml) of cornmeal;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of sugar;
  • ½ cup (150 ml) oil;
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) of baking powder;
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of milk;
  • Cheese or grated coconut to taste;
  • 1 pinch of salt.

Method of preparation

As we already mentioned, the preparation is very simple, so you will have to start by gathering all the ingredients in the blender. Then just beat the mixture for a few minutes, until the mass is homogeneous and consistent.

Then it's time to get her into shape. Remember that she must be greased with butter and flour. Pour the dough and take the bread to the preheated oven, baking for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, until it becomes drier and golden. Finally, remove the cornbread from the oven, cut it into square or round pieces and serve it to your friends and family.
