Ingredients
- 5 bananas cut into slices;
- 6 tablespoons of crystal sugar;
- ½ can of full condensed milk;
- ½ cup whole milk;
- 1 clear;
- 1 gem.
Method of preparation
- First, place the bananas and 4 tablespoons of the 6 tablespoons of sugar in a pan (preferably non-stick) and place over low heat. Stir from time to time until the banana starts to break down;
- Then, distribute the banana in a refractory container and reserve;
- Soon after, take a pan and add the milk, condensed milk and yolk. Then turn on the low heat and mix until you get a very homogeneous cream;

- Finally, take the candy to the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
