Ingredients
To prepare the banana cake in the Airfryer you will first need the following ingredients: ¾ cup (tea) of sugar; 2 cups (of tea) of wheat flour; 1 cup (tea) of milk; ½ teaspoon of baking powder; 3 eggs; ½ cup (of tea) of mashed bananas; ½ teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate; 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract; ½ teaspoon of salt; 1 cup (of tea) of chocolate chips; 6 tablespoons of softened butter.
Method of preparation
To save time, the first step is to prepare the cake pan. Therefore, you must choose a container that fits in your Airfryer. After that, you should add the sugar and butter in a bowl and beat until it turns into a fluffy cream. With that, put the vanilla and the eggs and mix until it's very homogeneous.
Then, at that point you must add the salt, the yeast and the flour. So, when all the ingredients are well mixed, put the milk and mashed bananas in a puree consistency.
That way, mix everything and if you want, add the chocolate drops to the dough. Transfer the dough to the greased form and leave it in the Airfryer for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180ºC. After that time, just let it cool to misinform and it's ready to be consumed.
A tip to make the banana cake even more delicious is to put a few pieces of banana on top of the dough before placing it in the Airfryer.
