Step by step to check the score
The first step for you to know your score number is to enter the official websites of the companies that are responsible for analyzing payment history data. They are: Online Debt Negotiation and Consumer Serasa.
The website “Negociar Dívida Online” belongs to SPC Brasil. Through it, it is possible to acquire knowledge not only about your score, but about the existence of outstanding debts in your CPF, and if any, it is possible to negotiate.
In this sense, with regard to the score number, you must select the “Access” option. It will take you to a registration page, where you must provide all the required data (e-mail, CPF, full name, etc.), and define a password. When performing certain procedures, you will log in, and among the information that will appear will be your score number.
On the Serasa Consumer website, the process has great similarities. Just enter the website and click on the option “Entrar” or “Consultar CPF”. After that, make your registration and login on the page. The first thing that will appear is your score number.
Can I do it on mobile?
Yes, it is possible to perform these procedures through your device. You will need to download the apps Serasa Consumer and SPC Consumer. Both are available for both Android and iOS.
