Ingredients:

For the dough for our potato roll, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes;
  • 1 spoon (tea) of salt;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour.

And, in addition to these ingredients, you may be purchasing some others to make the stuffing, which is of your choice, it is optional.

For example, this bun goes very well with guava filling, cottage cheese or both together! So, it's up to you.

Method of preparation:

The preparation will be simple and quick, taking about 4 minutes to get ready. You will have to start by peeling and cooking the 3 potatoes. Remember to cook them well to achieve this, then mash them in a bowl until they have a puree consistency.

Then add the sugar and salt to the puree, mixing well again so that the mass is homogeneous. Finally, add 3 tablespoons of wheat flour to the dough, mixing well until the dough is incorporated and has a more consistent texture. Now, separate the dough into small portions, so that they fit in the palm of your hand, and place them in a cake form.

Then let the dough rest a little, for about 30 minutes, and then take the breads to a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. This oil should be very hot. Place the buns in the pan and when the dough is browned on the bottom, you can turn it to brown on top. And your bun is ready! You will love this fluffy dough.
