Started by National Association Center for Citizenship in Defense of Consumers and Workers, the process contains the charge of BRL 17 billion to the company, an amount that must be paid to former clients of Glaidson. The process continues at the 2nd Business Court of the Capital of Justice of Rio de Janeiro.

The payment requested by the association refers to the return of amounts plus the interest described in the contract. According to the lawyers, the freezing of BRL 300 million for the company does not even represent 1% of the total amount to be paid to customers.

“The urgent payment to customers is necessary, considering that only the return of the capital of consumers does not will be able to staunch the debts entered into to date, and the social and economic effects are gigantic and overwhelming”
