Barbecuing in the oven works much better when you have cuts with a layer of fat, protecting the meat from drying out and adding a lot of flavor. Therefore, we recommend using sirloin steak or sirloin steak in this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of sirloin steak (with fat);
  • ½ kg of barbecue sausage;
  • ½ kg of chicken wings (with seasonings to your liking);
  • coarse salt and spices to taste.

Method of preparation

  • Take the piece of picanha and season the piece with coarse salt and the seasonings you prefer;
  • Then arrange the sausage in a “snail” shape, fold in the chicken wings, accommodate the whole picanha and place everything in a large baking dish;
  • Take the baking sheet to the preheated oven at 180º and continue baking at high power for approximately 1 hour;
  • Then, lower the temperature of the oven and let it bake for another 1 hour, or according to your preference for the point of the meat;
  • If you prefer a juicier meat, leave it for 2 hours. To obtain a well-done meat, let it bake for 2 hours and 30 minutes;
  • There is no need to preheat the sausage or wrap the baking sheet in aluminum foil for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Cassava flour;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 piece of bacon;
  • oil and butter;
  • 1 small grated carrot.

Method of preparation

  • First, cut the bacon into cubes and set aside;
  • Then pour some oil into a very hot pan and fry it;
  • Add the pepperoni to fry next to the bacon;
  • Once both are well fried, add the chopped onion and garlic;
  • After they fry, add the grated carrot;
  • Finally, add the amount of butter you prefer, put the cassava flour and wait for it to fry too and reach the desired point.
