Practical recipe for ribs in the pressure cooker without water
This recipe does not take water, as the ribs are cooked in their own fat. Therefore, you will only need three ingredients. There are two ways to prepare it, so feel free to choose the best one for you.
It will only take you 10 minutes to prepare the rib, and the cooking time takes between 40 and 50 minutes. The yield is up to six servings, so you can adapt the amount of ingredients according to the number of guests. Without further ado, check out the step-by-step recipe.
First method of preparation – Ingredients
- 1 kg of whole ribs;
- 1 onion cut into very small pieces;
- 2 tablets of rib broth.
Second method of preparation – Ingredients
- 1 kg of whole ribs;
- 1 onion cut into very small pieces;
- 2 skinless Tuscan sausages.
Step by step
- First, choose one of the two lists of ingredients. Once that's done, put all the items in the pressure cooker.
- Cover the pan and turn on medium heat.
