Is there a right amount to prepare the rice?
Well, so that your rice doesn't remain for the next day, you need to correctly calculate the people who will make the meal. If rice is the accompaniment of any dish, it is estimated that people eat about 90g of the grain, the equivalent of ¼ of a cup.
If you don't have a meter, just use your hands. ¼ is more or less a fist. Thus, for each guest, add a hand. You can put a little more in case someone wants to repeat.
If, even using the tips, you have leftovers, you can choose to freeze them. It's very practical. Just find a plastic bag suitable for freezing and put the portion of rice, remove the air, close the bag and that's it! It can be frozen for three months.
Recipes to reuse your rice

- 2 cups of cooked rice;
- 2 eggs;
- 100 ml of oil;
- Approximately 250 ml of warm milk;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 1 table spoon of salt;
- 1 finely chopped smoked pepperoni sausage;
- 200 g of minced curd cheese;
- 1 1/2 sachets of dry yeast.
Method of preparation
With the exception of sausage and flour, beat all ingredients in a blender. Then add all of them in a bowl, including the cheese and wheat flour. Put the flour little by little until it forms a dough. When it is twice the size, place it in a greased loaf pan. Take it to the oven until golden and serve!
