Ingredients:

  • 50 g of oat flour;
  • 10 g oat flakes;
  • 60 g of whole wheat flour;
  • 30 g of flour;
  • 8 g of baking powder;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano;
  • 1 tablespoon of grated cheese;
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron;
  • 75 ml of water;
  • 1 spoon of oil;
  • 1 spoon of cottage cheese.

Method of preparation:

First, mix the dry ingredients well in a bowl until smooth, place them on a smooth surface and make a hole in the center.

Now, pour the curd, oil and water into this hole and work well with your hands until you get a homogeneous, non-sticky mass.

With the help of a rolling pin, stretch well until the dough is one centimeter high. Then fold the dough to the center and stretch again. The goal is for the final thickness to be two centimeters or more.

So, when it's ready, cut it into several pieces to form smaller pieces. Finally, place them on a previously greased baking sheet and leave in the oven for 15 minutes at 200ºC.
