The great enemy of hypertensive people is salt, since the ingredient can trigger an increase in blood pressure, cause or intensify the condition of hypertension. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid foods with a high amount of sodium, starting with breakfast.

This is because products such as salami, pepperoni, ham and even some pâtés contain a very high amount of sodium.
