potato snack recipe
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes;
- 4 spoons of vinegar;
- Olive oil, smoked paprika and salt to taste.
Method of preparation
- First, clean the potatoes, peel them and cut them into very thin slices (if you prefer, you can leave the skin on);
- Then place the potatoes in a container and add water until they are covered;
- Add the vinegar, mix and soak for 35 minutes;
- Afterwards, leave the potatoes very dry (use a cloth to help);
- Fry the potatoes in very hot oil or put a little olive oil and put them in the air fryer);
- Finally, let the oil drain and add the salt, smoked paprika and you're done!
Sautéed Potatoes recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg of ball potatoes (the very small ones);
- ⅕ glass of vinegar;
- Dried basil and salt to taste;
- Frying oil.
Method of preparation
- First, cook the potatoes for about 5 minutes, until they are al dente;
- Then remove from cooking, take them to a bowl and season with salt, basil and vinegar;
- Finally, sauté garlic in a frying pan and throw in the seasoned potatoes so they are golden and it's ready to serve!
Chips with cheese recipe
Ingredients
- 10 small potatoes (like party potatoes);
- 2 eggs;
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs;
- 100 grams of well-cured Minas Gerais cheese cut into half-centimeter slices;
- 1 vegetable broth tablet;
- 10 toothpicks;
- Oil;
- Salt to taste.
Method of preparation
- First, clean the potatoes, peel them, put them in a pan with water along with the vegetable broth and cook until they are almost cooked (not too soft);
- Then remove the potatoes and wait to cool down (passing in cold water);
- Then cut them in half, place the cheese so that it does not exceed the size of the potato and secure with a toothpick going through all the layers;
- Take a bowl and beat the eggs, add the salt and pass the already stuffed potatoes inside;
- Then pass the potato balls in the breadcrumbs and fry in the hot oil;
- Finally, wait to cool down and it's ready to serve!
