It is worth remembering that this is the 17th edition of the event that brings together hundreds of different titles.
It is also important to emphasize that this is the second time that the university is promoting the “Feirinha do Livro”, a space totally dedicated to young people and children. The event takes place in the lobby of the Community Library (BCo), in the north area of Campus São Carlos, from 9 am to 8 pm.
Admission is free for all audiences.
Excellent news is that the fair will also be available online between the 3rd and 9th of October. Entering through the EdUFSCar website, people will have access to the same discounts for the books of Editora UFSCar, in addition to some other titles that will be part of the project.
According to some data from the organization, participating publishers will offer discounts of up to 25%. The books by Editora UFSCar, on the other hand, will have a discount of 20 to 70% on their works.

It is possible to perceive, from this list, the concern of the organization of the event in also counting publishers aimed at the children's audience, which is in the development phase. It is always important to encourage reading from an early age, as this is when the little ones' brains are being formed.
In all, there are 35 publishers participating in the book fair produced by the University of São Carlos in order to bring knowledge and culture, but not just for the adult audience. Children and teenagers will also have their space. Stay tuned as it will only last until Thursday. From next week, the fair will start online with lots of books, discounts and content.
