To enroll in the program, you must have completed higher education in any course between January 2019 and December 2022. It is also important that the candidate is available to live in Rio de Janeiro. The selected trainees will work in the Commercial, Financial, People and Management, Logistics and Marketing areas.
The process for selecting candidates will be done completely online through applied tests, group dynamics and interviews with some managers and directors of the company.
