Tips for not falling for scams
With the increase in the practice of scams involving bank applications and people being harmed as a result of this type of action, the Federal Police informed the adoption of some procedures for the protection of the consumer.
First, it is indicated that no bank requests the installation of third-party applications, much less directed through links, messages or emails.
Bank application downloads, such as Nubank, must be carried out through the official stores of the operating systems of mobile devices.
In addition, it is also necessary to point out that, if the person has received any type of suspicious call, the ideal is to disconnect the call and not answer any request from the supposed attendant. It could be a hit!
