The Brazilian telephone company, Vivo, recently stated during an interview published in the Globo newspaper about its intentions regarding improving its customer service. The company currently uses the artificial intelligence called "Aura", however Vivo intends to use the ChatGPT service, seeking consequently to deepen the interaction in the service.

Vivo is a Brazilian telephone company and last Monday, through Christian Gebara, CEO of the brand, the company stated about his desire to implement a more improved chatbot inspired by OpenAl's ChatGPT. The company further claims that O chatbot it is already in the testing phase and if all goes well, it will soon be implemented on the company's own platform.
With this improvement, the company hopes that there will be a deeper and, consequently, better interaction with its customers.

Vivo already has interaction with artificial intelligence
The company currently has an artificial intelligence service to interact with its customers, Aura. She interacts with 4.3 million customers every month via WhatsApp.
Therefore, Vivo's intention is to implement ChatGPT in this system that already works for the company, serving only as a kind of “improvement” of what already exists.
