The Embassy of France in Brazil is offering scholarships to Brazilian master's students who wish to do the second year of the course in a foreign country. The duration is 10 months, from September 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, for students admitted to French public universities in the academic year 2023-2024.

Partial Masters Scholarships in France
Students from all areas can apply, with the condition that they have not turned 35 by September 1, 2023. The scholarship has a value of 470 euros per month, in addition to several benefits:
- Help in locating housing, if requested by the recipient;
- Access to a catalog of cultural activities at preferential prices (exhibitions, concerts, weekends and cultural stays, etc.)
- Pedagogical and administrative follow-up of the scholarship holder;
- Exemption from the administrative fee for the Campus France Brasil pre-consular process (if not completed after the scholarship result);
- Exemption from the student visa fee at the District Consulate (if not concluded after the scholarship result);
- Exemption from enrollment fees for Master 2 training in a public higher education and research establishment that practices training values provided for in Decree No. 2019-344 and within the criteria of article R719-49 of the Education Code in institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of Relations Exteriors;
- Payment of social security coverage and “mutuelle étudiant” in France during the stay;
- Affiliation to the France Alumni Brazil network.
The student must guarantee additional funding of at least 390 euros for the 10 months, from personal resources or from a Brazilian or French institution, public or private. Funding cannot be combined with another full French government scholarship.
